Learning grammar and spelling is part of learning English. Watching NBA can help, but the words they use might not be useful. You aren't going to learn a lot of words from that.
It is an excellent post, because you are trying to help others. It is also a good thing that you understand that you made an mistake and you are trying to correct it.
I suggest you guys get Firefox, it's a type of IE. It's good because it has spell check. It will underline the words that you might have spelled it wrong.

seriously, don't use the word "teach" if you have problems with basic grammar

I think you can learn English from your live.

First, on TV, you can watch what you are interested in.
Such as Heroes, sports, cartoon and whatever.

Second, you can listen English music.
It can improve your English quickly because you always hear English from music.

Then, you can do English grammar exersices.
You can buy it from book shop.

Moreover, if you really want to improve your English.
The thing you need is your heart!
If you do anything without your heart, you will get lose.
